Blue Bowl Brown Sugar: An innovative hen's idea!


While some girls like to let loose for a night out on the town, not all brides-to-be find the idea of a wild hen's party appealing. Blue Bowl Brown Sugar has come up with an innovative and fun hen's day alternative - cooking classes!

Taught by Patricia Phillips, who has worked with the likes of Kylie Kwong, Bill Granger and Neil Perry, Blue Bowl Brown Sugar cooking classes are a unique hen's alternative where you can learn new culinary skills in a relaxed, informal and most importantly, fun environment.

The classes feature cuisines that ranges from Italian, French and Spanish to Greek, Moroccan and Asian, and utilise locally produced ingredients to support local farmers and enhance the eating experience.  

Upon arrival, you are greeted with a glass of champagne, a Blue Bowl Brown Sugar apron and an in-depth, intimate cooking tutorial. Once you have completed cooking, you are treated to a sit-down meal (complete with a selection of local wines) in which you can reap the benefits of your hard work!
