Alex Perry's 'Arabian Princess' Show at Rosemount Australian Fashion Week 2010

Last night, fabulous Australian designer Alex Perry presented one of the biggest fashion shows Sydney has seen in years, complete with a 130m catwalk. With no expense spared, the Arabian Princess themed-show was estimated to have cost $200,000. Perry said that after a difficult year in fashion, it was ''time to celebrate the good times''.

Unleashing the biggest fashion parade he has ever staged, the look was classic Perry: big hair, big sequins, big cleavage and plenty of va-va-voom for the celebrity-studded crowd to peruse.

The Alex Perry label embodies sophistication, femininity and elegance, and his glamorous designs take women to a whole new level of confidence. Elegant evening and bridal couture is where Alex Perry shines and has come to be known as one of Australia’s most well known and respected designers.

Several gowns in his latest collection definitely exude a 'bridal feel' with the lashings of tulle, and the flowing, whimsical skirts. Below is a selection of images from Perry's latest glamorous offerings that are sure to inspire bridal fashions in the coming months.
