Smoothies for Breakfast?


It's a good idea to start your health regime a few months before your wedding, to ensure that you are looking and feeling your best on the most important day of your life. With this in mind, I thought I would share with you my new morning routine as I think it's a fabulous way to get into tip-top shape leading up to your wedding.

Each morning I make a super-healthy protein and banana smoothie with…

1 banana
30gms of low-carb protein powder (roughly half a woman's daily protein requirements)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of rice milk (although you can use soy milk, regular milk, or even water)

You could also include berries, yogurt, LSA, granola, flaxseed oil (which is great for your hair and nails!), honey, maple syrup, crunchy peanut butter, whet germ,… Use your imagination - the possibilities are endless!

Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately.
